Overview
GitLab, an open-core software company, is looking for a Senior Integration Engineer RPA UiPath to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath. The role focuses on automating manual and repetitive processes while collaborating with business stakeholders and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose automation solutions.
- Create reusable building blocks following Enterprise Architecture & COE guidelines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes and solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery for medium-sized projects.
- Communicate technical details to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate on design proposals and code reviews.
- Partner with the Enterprise Apps team for scalable testing and release plans.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing RPA solutions.
- Stay updated with latest RPA and UiPath trends and conduct POCs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years of UiPath experience with expertise in UiPath Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.
- In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, best practices, design patterns, and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
- Experience in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices and security standards.
- UiPath certifications are highly preferred.
