Role Overview
The Product Design Manager, Plan is a design leader responsible for UX delivery, productivity improvement, and team growth. You will focus on planning solutions including Product Planning, Project Management, and Knowledge groups to enhance enterprise customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify strategic UX opportunities across product areas.
- Organize cross-stage user research initiatives.
- Review UX deliverables and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate UX value with cross-functional teams.
- Lead UX Scorecard initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to product direction and vision discussions.
- Hire, grow, and retain a top-notch design team.
