What You’ll Do

  • Own the full new logo acquisition cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Build and maintain a 3-4x pipeline coverage through high-volume prospecting.
  • Execute a disciplined daily prospecting cadence including cold calling, strategic emails, social selling, and outbound strategies.
  • Run high-quality discovery meetings and articulate compelling value propositions at the C-level.
  • Navigate complex sales processes and manage multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Develop strategic territory plans and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain exceptional Salesforce hygiene with detailed account notes and forecasting.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual quotas while ensuring robust pipeline velocity.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience focused on new business development.
  • Proven track record in acquiring net-new logos and territory building.
  • Hunter mentality with exceptional pipeline generation skills.
  • Experience with consumption-based/usage-based business models.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and qualification abilities targeting C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to compress sales cycles and manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and others.
