What You’ll Do
- Own the full new logo acquisition cycle from prospecting through close.
- Build and maintain a 3-4x pipeline coverage through high-volume prospecting.
- Execute a disciplined daily prospecting cadence including cold calling, strategic emails, social selling, and outbound strategies.
- Run high-quality discovery meetings and articulate compelling value propositions at the C-level.
- Navigate complex sales processes and manage multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Develop strategic territory plans and partner with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain exceptional Salesforce hygiene with detailed account notes and forecasting.
- Exceed quarterly and annual quotas while ensuring robust pipeline velocity.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience focused on new business development.
- Proven track record in acquiring net-new logos and territory building.
- Hunter mentality with exceptional pipeline generation skills.
- Experience with consumption-based/usage-based business models.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, and qualification abilities targeting C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to compress sales cycles and manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and others.
