An Overview Of This Role
The FP&A team partners with executive Marketing team members to provide timely, fact-based, data-driven decision support. The team drives annual planning, owns the operating plan and long-term financial model, and handles internal financial reporting and analytical tools.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and enhance Google Sheets-based Marketing P&L models.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, monthly forecast cycles, and annual planning.
- Partner with Accounting during month-end close to validate accruals and reconcile variances.
- Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities through clear reports and presentations.
- Manage workstreams with guidance from senior team members.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in FP&A or a similar finance role with focus on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for GTM stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial modeling using Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a passion for data-driven insights.
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience; CFA or CPA is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite and Adaptive Insights is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range for the role (for U.S. residents): $91,800—$162,000 USD. Additional incentives include bonus structures, equity, and benefits such as Flexible Paid Time Off, Equity Compensation, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Home Office Support.
