Role Overview

The Executive Business Administrator Product supports the Product team by managing multiple priorities across various systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, and GitLab. This role requires a self-driven, organized, and calm professional who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Assist with recruiting logistics including interview scheduling and onboarding.
  • Prepare expense reports and provide support across EBAs.
  • Plan events and lead special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment supporting Product or Engineering leaders. A proactive self-starter with strong technical skills across Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Navan. Must demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to quickly adapt to technical tools.
