Overview of the Enablement Specialist Ecosystem Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement global enablement programs for ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ecosystem teams.
- Define KPIs connecting enablement efforts to revenue and growth.
- Create training assets, onboarding journeys, and tailored playbooks.
- Establish feedback loops to continually improve partner success.

Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a base salary range (for US residents) of $81,200 to $174,000 USD along with incentives, equity compensation, flexible PTO, and a wide array of benefits to support health, finances, and personal growth.
