What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers via Zoom and email in post-sales technical advisory roles.
- Provide technical, architectural, and best practice guidance.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers aligning technical solutions with customer objectives.
- Lead customized solution programs including workshops, demos, and enablement sessions.
- Maintain and develop specialty competencies through training, certification, and documentation contributions.
- Continuously enhance professional skills and contribute to knowledge exchange initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with GitLab use cases (SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning).
- Proficiency in DevSecOps tools and technical tooling.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and concisely.
- Experience in development or systems engineering with trusted advisor capabilities.
