Role Responsibilities
The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) will:
- Engage customers via Zoom calls and emails in a technical consultancy role
- Provide technical, architectural, and best practice guidance on GitLab solutions
- Drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion through measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to align with customer objectives
- Develop customer workshops, demos, and enablement initiatives
- Maintain and enhance specialization in GitLab technologies through training and certification
- Contribute to documentation, YouTube content, and enablement programs
What You’ll Bring
Candidates should possess:
- Experience with GitLab use cases such as SCM, CI/CD, and DevSecOps
- Proficiency with DevSecOps tools and technical systems
- Strong development or systems engineering background
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers and business leaders
