Role: Customer Success Engineer APJ
In this role, you will partner with GitLab's customers across the APJ region to deliver measurable value through technical guidance and proactive enablement. Ideal for developers or systems engineers transitioning into customer success, you will apply your deep technical expertise in DevSecOps and cloud technologies to serve as a trusted technical advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultancy and solution guidance via Zoom and written communication.
- Drive customer value and product adoption to support renewals and expansion.
- Deliver demos, workshops, and enablement sessions for GitLab solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers on customer objectives.
- Contribute to documentation and mentoring for continuous learning.
- Manage multiple customer engagements while prioritizing and communicating effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in technical consultancy via video calls and written channels.
- Familiarity with GitLab use cases, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning.
- Hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge in DevSecOps tooling.
- Background in software development, systems engineering, or similar fields.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Interest in delivering technical workshops and enablement sessions.

Examples include: Providing on-demand technical consultancy, leading demos and enablement sessions, and driving product adoption across APJ.
