Role Overview
The Customer Success Engineer APJ partners with GitLab's customers to deliver measurable value through technical guidance and proactive enablement. This role is perfect for a developer or systems engineer transitioning into customer success, utilizing deep DevSecOps and cloud expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultancy via Zoom and email.
- Drive customer adoption and value supporting renewals and expansion.
- Deliver guidance on source code management, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers.
- Plan and deliver workshops, demos, and enablement sessions.
- Mentor colleagues and document best practices.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates should have experience providing technical consultancy, a solid background in software development or systems engineering, familiarity with DevSecOps tools, and strong communication skills. Experience in delivering technical demos and workshops is a plus.
