The Customer Success Architect (CSA) at GitLab is a highly strategic position that focuses on aligning the platform with customers’ business objectives to drive long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
- Leverage GitLab platform expertise and DevSecOps best practices.
- Guide customers through the journey of adoption and future planning.
- Act as the liaison for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Own a book of customers focusing on adoption, retention, and growth.
- Provide onboarding, manage customer success plans, and handle escalations.
- Support training recommendations and cybersecurity feature insights.

- Experience in Customer Success, technical enablement, and project management.

Compensation
The base salary range is $77,000 to $166,500 USD for eligible locations, with additional incentive pay potential for sales roles.
