About Customer Success Architect

The Customer Success Architect (CSA) is a strategic role focused on aligning our platform with customer objectives and driving long-term success.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with customers to turn business goals into actionable objectives.
  • Guide customers using GitLab platform best practices and use cases.
  • Act as liaison for questions, issues, or escalations.
  • Own a portfolio of customers, increasing adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Provide onboarding, build Customer Success Plans, and manage escalations.
  • Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and other teams to address customer needs.

What You Will Bring

  • Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and SDLC.
  • Experience in Customer Success or post-sales advocacy.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment, and DevSecOps.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience and ability to build customer relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
