About Customer Success Architect

The Customer Success Architect (CSA) is a strategic role focused on aligning our platform with customer objectives and driving long-term success.
What You Will Do
- Partner with customers to turn business goals into actionable objectives.
- Guide customers using GitLab platform best practices and use cases.
- Act as liaison for questions, issues, or escalations.
- Own a portfolio of customers, increasing adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Provide onboarding, build Customer Success Plans, and manage escalations.
- Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and other teams to address customer needs.
What You Will Bring
- Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and SDLC.
- Experience in Customer Success or post-sales advocacy.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment, and DevSecOps.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience and ability to build customer relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
