Overview

The Sr. Manager People Services-Operations is responsible for leading the delivery of standardized People services. This includes managing data processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance, partnering with stakeholders for operational support, and driving process improvements while managing a team focused on employee services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Manage Tiered Query Resolution and data requests.
  • Collaborate to improve People Operations tools and processes.
  • Oversee People Systems updates and audit compliance.
  • Manage onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Drive employee growth and performance management strategies.
  • Lead onboarding for external staff and vendor partnerships.
  • Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop senior individual contributors and managers.
  • Deliver measurable impact through operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required: 8+ years experience in HR, operations, customer support or a related field (or a bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years experience), 5+ years of leadership in cross-functional projects and complex stakeholder management, and extensive experience with data-driven decision making and People Systems such as Workday.

Preferred: Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and HR transformation initiatives; and proficiency with data visualization and ticketing systems.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is USD $96,400.00 to $255,700.00 per year, along with potential bonuses, stock awards, and incentives based on individual impact.
