Overview

Do you want to lead a team of Technical Program Managers driving critical programs? As the Sr. Dir Technical Program Management, you will manage and coach a team, deliver technical programs across multiple divisions, and ensure alignment with GitHub’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Opportunity and Solutions Identification: Lead teams to develop problems, identify dependencies, implement process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Program Planning and Success: Define program goals, prioritize deliverables using data insights, manage risks, and set performance metrics.

Program/Service Development: Orchestrate large cross-functional projects, coordinate with engineering and stakeholders, and oversee release programs.

Continuous Improvement: Collect performance metrics, monitor progress, share insights, and drive iterative improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years managing cross-functional projects with prior experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base salary range: USD 160,200 - USD 425,000 per year. Additional rewards include bonuses, stock, and potential sales incentives.
