Overview
The Senior Partner GTM Program Manager Global Alliances and Channel will develop and implement global revenue programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams from both Microsoft and GitHub. The role focuses on accelerating partner business, supporting co-selling, partner service delivery, and customer adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Project/Program Management: Build and execute strategic programs with global partners including Global System Integrators and Global Channel Sales/Cloud Solution Providers.
- Driving Business Impact: Define success metrics, set OKRs and KPIs, and implement improvements and automation across programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key leaders from GitHub and Microsoft to drive joint partner initiatives and revenue success.
- Thought Leadership: Share best practices and market insights, driving innovation within the partner ecosystem.
Qualifications
Applicants should have 7+ years in program or project management with at least 3 years experience in the partner ecosystem, ideally working with Global Alliances or Global Channel Sales partners. Experience in high-growth SaaS environments and the Microsoft sales ecosystem is preferred.
Compensation
The base salary ranges from USD 103,200 to USD 273,700 per year, with additional bonuses, stock options, and benefits based on individual impact.
