Overview
Join GitHub’s dynamic sales team as a Partner Development Manager at the forefront of the AI revolution. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale the partner ecosystem across the South Asia region while driving customer success with GitHub’s AI-powered developer tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner strategy and accelerate product adoption using data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Co-Sell Partnerships: Build and nurture a partner ecosystem, facilitate strategic matchmaking, and lead partner strategy efforts.
- Pipeline Development: Collaborate with partners to generate and manage top-of-funnel product pipelines, forecast, and conduct pipeline reviews.
- Partner Impact: Leverage partner and customer feedback, adapt strategies, monitor KPIs, and host Quarterly Business Reviews.
Qualifications
Required: 5+ years experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development (or equivalent academic experience with relevant industry experience) with up to 25% travel as needed.
Preferred: 7+ years experience, direct co-sell experience with GitHub field sales organizations, experience in complex deal cycles, and strong relationship and deal structuring skills in the technology or AI sectors.
