About Your Team And Your Mission
You will join the six-person Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the Head of Product Strategy & Analytics. This role is central to high-impact initiatives that will shape GitGuardian's future, working cross-functionally to ensure solutions deliver maximum customer value and unlock new growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Will Revolve Around Three Core Pillars
Elevate the customer experience through added value
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers on customer-facing strategic initiatives, such as onboarding workflows, remediation programs, or implementation playbooks.
- Based on data insights, influence the rollout strategy for clients and its delivery through actionable recommendations.
- Analyze prospect and customer data to quantify and articulate the business impact of GitGuardian's solutions.
Drive and deliver strategic projects
- Take full ownership of internal key cross-functional projects (e.g., new product launches, new operating models, expansion opportunities).
- Lead stakeholder coordination across various teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, etc.).
- Identify risks and roadblocks early, propose mitigation plans, and ensure leadership alignment through clear communication.
- Ensure smooth execution and delivery of measurable outcomes.
Solve business problems through deep Analysis
- Collaborate with other team members on broader strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, organizational design, process improvement, or AI integration.
- Break down complex, ambiguous business challenges into actionable insights.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to support decision-making across teams.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations and drive their implementation.
- Develop frameworks and models to inform strategic choices and optimize operations.
- Contribute to building scalable tools, templates, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
About You

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good command of SQL and prior experience with data analysis/BI tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in consulting or in a high-growth scale-up environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English & French.
