Your primary goal will be to assist Fortune 500 companies and next-gen unicorns in securing their codebases by integrating GitGuardian's technology into their Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You will support both SaaS and on-premise versions of our platform, from initial Proof of Concepts (POCs) through to production deployment.

- Drive continuous improvement: Enhance deployment processes and the tooling provided to customers for monitoring their instances.
- Build deep product expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of GitGuardian's platform to better serve customers and contribute to product evolution.
This role requires a blend of customer success and technical excellence. You will ensure our enterprise customers maximize value from their relationship with GitGuardian, while continuously refining our deployment and support processes.

- Kubernetes and deployment expertise: significant experience with Kubernetes in production, understanding of cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or GCP), deploying and debugging on-premise solutions, managing containers, investigating network issues, working with Linux servers, and writing shell scripts.
- Analytical problem-solving skills: ability to investigate and understand diverse customer environments, ask pertinent questions, and troubleshoot effectively.
- Customer-facing mindset: ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders with clear communication and patience.
