Overview
The Girl Scout mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character. At Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey (GSNNJ), we serve 19,000 girls and 10,200 adult members across Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and northern Warren counties. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Program to shape meaningful experiences, drive innovation, and generate sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee an annual program plan aligned with council goals.
- Design and deliver engaging programs and events for diverse audiences.
- Drive revenue growth through fee-based programs, grants, and sponsorships.
- Identify market trends and leverage data to optimize programming.
- Supervise and develop a high-performing program team.
