Job Description
Web Application Product Manager at Gini-Apps
A leading Israeli software company, specializing in SaaS-based solutions for Human Resources management, is seeking an experienced Web Application Product Manager. This role combines end-to-end product ownership with hands-on leadership of System Analysts and QA Engineers, offering a unique opportunity to influence both product direction and execution.
The position is based in Tel Aviv and operates under a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and continuous communication
- Lead planning, prioritization, and distribution of tasks across teams
- Facilitate and lead status meetings and ongoing progress reviews
- Translate business and organizational needs into clear, actionable product and system requirements
- Work closely with customers to analyze issues, define solutions, and manage delivery
- Deliver product and system training to internal and external users
- Author detailed requirements and specification documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
- At least two years of experience in a Product Management role
- Proven experience with SQL Server – mandatory
- Hands-on experience with web-based systems – mandatory
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage in in-depth discussions with development teams (a development background is a significant advantage)
- Experience managing or leading teams – an advantage
- Background working with SaaS-based products – a significant advantage
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments – an advantage
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles – an advantage
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
