About Gigs

At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly. Similar to how Stripe simplifies payments, Gigs empowers platforms to integrate connectivity, bridging traditional telecom with modern technology. Our team of around 100 professionals across the US and Europe is backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator.

If you are driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

The Executive Assistant will support Hermann Frank, Co-Founder and CEO of Gigs, reporting to his Chief of Staff. This role in the Founder's Office offers a rare opportunity to work directly with a top-tier founder at a fast-growing company. You will protect the CEO's time, manage a complex calendar across time zones, triage requests, schedule key meetings, and handle business logistics with discretion. The work environment is global, high trust, and fast-paced. This position is office-based with regular travel expectations.

Location

New York, San Francisco, or Berlin.

What You Will Do

  • Own the CEO's time and priorities by managing a complex, multi-timezone calendar.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefs to ensure effective discussions.
  • Draft concise communications and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics including visas, expenses, and events.
  • Coordinate projects by tracking deliverables and ensuring follow-through.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has an owner mindset, excels under pressure, possesses elite administrative skills, and demonstrates strong judgment and discretion. You should be collaborative yet independent, flexible with global travel demands, and attentive to detail. Prior experience supporting high net worth individuals or fast-scaling startup founders is highly valued.

Before You Apply

This role is for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to wear multiple hats. It may not be right if you require extensive structure or prefer narrow specialization. If you embrace building from the ground up and making impactful decisions with imperfect information, we encourage you to apply.
