Data Strategy Group Overview
The Data Strategy Group builds robust data architecture in a scalable operational environment, ensuring data is functional, discoverable, and accessible to power innovative investment strategies.
Data Management Responsibilities
You will actively manage data through technology-enabled activities such as data sourcing, maintenance, and remediation to ensure trusted, high-quality data.
Key Impact Areas as a Data Business Analyst
- Conduct requirement sessions and design holistic solutions.
- Collaborate with business end-users, vendors, and engineers.
- Design testing strategies and execute comprehensive user acceptance tests.
- Manage end-to-end data operations and monitor data delivery.
- Establish scalable data lifecycle processes and quality metrics.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external data providers.
- Coach and guide junior team members.
Qualifications & Skills
A degree from a recognized institution, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and hands-on expertise in data management, data analytics, or business analysis. Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, data warehouse management, and tools like Oracle, Snowflake, Informatica, Denodo, Tableau, Excel (formulas/macros) and Python coding is required. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
