Content Data Quality Analyst

Overview

The Content Data Quality Analyst works within Content Operations supporting data management, internal reporting, and quality initiatives to ensure data integrity of information introduced to the GHX master catalog. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain database standards for Medical Surgical devices and supplies.
• Perform complex ad hoc queries on large data sets to identify issues.
• Gather and interpret data to propose actionable solutions.
• Plan and develop design and procedures for metric reporting.
• Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and procedures supporting Content Operations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Specialists to enhance data management efficiency and quality.
• Produce and maintain process documentation.
• Work closely with Product Management, Development and other teams to provide timely feedback.
• Act as a technical liaison to data platform Technology teams and external subject matter experts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems (healthcare-related discipline preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Management, or Healthcare supply chain.
• Advanced SQL and MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake, MS VBA, PowerBI, or Sigma Computing is a plus.
• Medical product terminology, requirements gathering, and project management skills preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
