About the Role: Technical Support Engineer at GHS
As a Technical Support Engineer at GHS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' and internal users' systems. This position offers a dynamic environment where approximately 80% of your time will be dedicated to client-facing support, and 20% to supporting internal users alongside an apprentice. GHS is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a proactive individual who thrives on autonomy and wants to contribute to improving our client's daily experience.
Your Missions
~80% Client-Facing Support:
- Provide technical assistance to users.
- Resolve system and network incidents.
- Draft procedures and support documentation.
- Educate users on security best practices.
~20% Internal User Support (with an apprentice):
- Facilitate workshops on internal digital tools.
- Manage user accounts within the Google directory.
- Manage the machine fleet (via JamfPro MDM).
- Oversee inventory and licenses.
- Conduct technological watch.
