Overview
At GHD, commitment is more than a word—it is a promise. As a Proposal Specialist, you will collaborate with technical teams across five key markets: Energy & Resources, Environment, Property & Buildings, Transport and Water to develop high quality, compelling, and compliant proposals.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical, client, and markets teams to develop bid strategies
- Drive the proposal development process ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Lead and facilitate bid workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans
- Highlight the GHD difference in every proposal effort
- Oversee the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to post submission activities
What You Will Bring
You have 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in professional services, construction, or property industries. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Adobe Creative Suite, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, will be crucial to your success.
Work Environment
This role is part of the NSW/ACT Proposal Hub and offers flexibility with full time or part time options, located in Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, or NSW regional offices. GHD values a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture, supported by flexible work practices.
