Working with an energetic and high-performing team, you will:
- Support drafting, editing and publishing internal communications across multiple formats and internal channels.
- Provide logistics and content support for APAC town halls and other internal events.
- Assist with the development of visual assets and presentation decks, partnering with the visual design team as needed.
- Support Regional Marcomms Advisors to deliver effective internal communications in their regions, while helping maintain a consistent APAC-wide approach through shared templates, guidance materials and AI best practices.
- Manage the APAC internal communications calendar (Monday.com), coordinating scheduling across channels to ensure timely messaging.
- Help maintain and update SharePoint sites, including uploading intranet articles and promoting cross-channel engagement through linked content so employees can easily find what they need.
- Maintain internal distribution lists, communication workflows and content libraries.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a role with internal communications exposure.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a high attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of internal communications nuances and the role communications play in employee engagement.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with confidence juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse locations and functions.
Traits that will help you thrive in this role:
- A collaborative mindset and a “make it happen” attitude.
