What Is the Early Careers Talent Pool?

This talent pool is an invitation to connect with GHD if you’re fresh from university or completing vocational studies but do not see an open position that fits your profile. By joining, you will be considered for various future opportunities.

  • Graduated or obtained diploma within the last two years
  • Less than two years of formal work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
  • Available to work in person at least 3 days per week
