Team Mission

The Analytics team's mission is to enable the organization to take action based on data. Working on various problems and datasets within cross-functional mission teams, they own the entire analytics funnel from exploration and recommendations to impact measurement.

Your Mission

• Develop quantitative analysis to drive business decisions focusing on supply strategy.
• Design and analyze experiments for supply and tech teams.
• Create metrics, dashboards, and reports to guide team strategy.
• Support technical teams with insightful data tracking and production.
• Promote a learning and experimentation culture with hypothesis-driven development.
• Mentor team members in developing essential analytical skills.

Your Toolkit

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization/reporting tools like Looker and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and strong problem-solving abilities backed by evidence.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with agile product teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Airflow and big data tools like Spark and Hive is a plus.
