What You’ll Do

  • Create product videos explaining features, updates, and workflows using screen recordings, voice-over, and on-camera presence.
  • Produce demo assets including scripts, storyboards, captions, and thumbnails for sales and success teams.
  • Own the content calendar across website and social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
  • Publish release notes and how-to guides; coordinate with Product and Customer Success teams to capture FAQs.
  • Collaborate with a video editor and front-end developer to produce polished, on-brand pages and landing sections.
  • Manage social presence with short clips, carousels, and posts to drive feature adoption and inbound interest.
  • Repurpose content to maximize reach and track performance metrics like views, watch time, CTR, and sign-ups.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong Arabic & English writing and on-screen narration skills.
  • Experience with screen capture and editing tools (Loom/OBS, Canva/Final Cut/CapCut; Adobe Premier a plus).
  • Ability to structure tutorials and simplify technical concepts.
  • Working knowledge of SEO basics including titles, meta, and readability.
  • Familiarity with social platforms and their best practices.
  • Relevant portfolio and bachelor's degree in a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with travel tech, hospitality, payment gateways, or booking engines.
  • Basic Figma skills for asset creation and annotations.
  • 1–5 years of content creation experience for a tech/SaaS product.

What Success Looks Like

Maintain a consistent cadence of 4–6 videos per month and weekly product posts; faster time-to-publish new features; higher product adoption and engagement; and effective sales enablement with content used in demos and onboarding.
