Video Recording Specialist Electrician (Remote)
Join our customer’s team as an Electrician – Video Recording and contribute to the advancement of electrical training and technology. In this role, you will document real-world electrical tasks through structured video recordings and detailed annotations. Your hands-on expertise will directly support the development of practical training resources and innovative tools designed to elevate industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Record short, high-quality videos of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks during daily work activities using a smartphone or similar device.
- Follow detailed recording guidelines regarding camera angles, lighting, task sequencing, and safety compliance.
- Accurately annotate and label recorded footage according to provided instructions and formatting standards.
- Upload video files and related documentation through designated online platforms in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and privacy requirements during all recording activities.
- Communicate proactively with the project team to clarify instructions, provide updates, and share feedback.
- Contribute insights to enhance the quality and clarity of video-based electrical training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a residential or commercial electrician.
- Currently residing in the United States.
- Proficiency with smartphone video recording and basic file management.
