Job Description
Role: TypeScript Software Engineer
As a TypeScript Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing coding model performance across a variety of languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog. This remote position focuses on providing expert feedback and creating high-quality training data for AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code Review & Ranking: Analyze AI-generated solutions in multiple languages, ranking their accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices against expert standards.
- Training Dataset Creation: Write compelling Computer Science prompts and generate reference solutions, documenting the reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices thoroughly.
- Bilingual Technical Documentation: Provide detailed feedback, explaining code issues and fixes clearly. Document optimization techniques and problem-solving approaches to improve model learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical writing skills.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
- Expertise in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
- Demonstrated experience in competitive programming or code review.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
