About the Role
As a Talent Ops Manager at Get Offers, you will play a pivotal role for our client, a company building high-scale human data infrastructure supporting advanced AI systems. This hourly contract position sits at the intersection of talent operations, data workflows, and enterprise delivery. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of distributed contributor networks, ensuring seamless onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management for AI training deployments.
Scope of the Talent Ops Manager
- Scale the human data engine behind advanced AI systems.
- Own onboarding, talent activation, and client success across high-velocity AI training deployments.
- Operate where data operations, distributed contributors, and enterprise execution intersect.
What You'll Own
- Run large-cohort onboarding at scale with operational precision.
- Activate and manage distributed talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
- Build and maintain strong enterprise client relationships.
- Anticipate operational blockers early and resolve them with speed and clarity.
- Drive measurable customer success outcomes across ongoing deployments.
- Publish weekly performance and milestone reports with high signal and clarity.
- Lead community syncs and engagement rituals to maintain contributor performance.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align talent operations with evolving model and client requirements.
- Continuously improve onboarding, QA, retention, and performance systems using data insights.

- Proven operator in remote, distributed environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.
- Experience managing large contributor groups (100+ individuals) without losing performance visibility.
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity, ambiguous, and iterative environments.
- Data fluency — comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in human data operations, RLHF, or AI training workflows.
- Background supporting enterprise AI or technical clients.
- Experience building or scaling data operations or talent operations systems.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, analytics tools, project operations systems, and workflow automation.
