Software Support Specialist
Get Offers is seeking a Software Support Specialist with Indonesian language skills to enhance coding model performance across various programming languages. This remote role offers the opportunity to provide expert feedback, create training data, and review AI-generated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Code Review & Ranking: Analyze AI-generated solutions across multiple programming languages, ranking their accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices against expert standards.
- Training Dataset Creation: Write Computer Science prompts and generate high-quality reference solutions, meticulously documenting the reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices.
- Bilingual Technical Documentation: Provide detailed feedback, explaining code issues and fixes in both English and Indonesian. Document optimization techniques and various problem-solving approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical writing skills for clear and concise documentation.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
- Prior experience in competitive programming or comprehensive code review.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills to identify and resolve complex code issues.
