Software Developer (Remote)

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving technical reasoning, systems understanding, and applied problem-solving capabilities in advanced language models.

We are seeking experienced Technology Professionals to create and evaluate high-quality technology-related prompts and responses. This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and professionally active in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.

Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have real-world professional experience within their linguistic and technical ecosystem, including familiarity with:

• Local engineering standards and best practices
• Developer communities and workflows
• Product development norms
• Technical terminology and documentation conventions
• Regional industry trends and system constraints

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic prompts spanning software engineering, IT systems, architecture design, cybersecurity, data systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, and related domains
• Review and refine AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, feasibility, clarity, and adherence to industry standards
• Write high-quality “gold standard” responses for complex debugging scenarios, architectural trade-offs, and implementation challenges
• Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in constraints, environments, scalability requirements, and system assumptions
• Evaluate outputs across tones (technical documentation, explanatory, advisory)
• Identify model failure cases such as logical flaws, incorrect implementation details, security gaps, or unrealistic system designs

Ideal Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, systems engineering, IT, cybersecurity, data engineering, or related roles
• Active professional familiarity with technology practices within at least one of the specified language ecosystems
• Strong understanding of development workflows, system design principles, and technical documentation standards
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language
• Strong technical editorial judgment

Commitment

• Expected availability: 10–40 hours per week
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
