About the Rust Developer Role at Get Offers
Get Offers is seeking an experienced Rust Developer for one of its clients. In this remote position, you will be instrumental in designing and enhancing scalable APIs, while also engaging in structured evaluations of AI-powered developer tooling within real engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Implement data validation, error handling, and security best practices.
- Execute database migrations and performance optimizations.
- Participate in structured engineering sprints evaluating AI-assisted development tools.
- Document findings and provide technical feedback to product and research teams.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed engineering stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience with Rust.
- Proven experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of backend security and validation principles.
- Experience with database migrations and performance tuning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
