Project Manager at Get Offers
One of our clients, Get Offers, is actively seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to provide critical support to a leading AI research lab. This role focuses on advancing next-generation machine learning systems by applying robust project management expertise. You will analyze, structure, and solve real-world challenges that directly inform AI research and operational workflows. This engagement offers significant flexibility, autonomy, and a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios.
- Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination challenges.
- Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
- Provide domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, coordination, and delivery practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Engagement Details
This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with an expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, with the potential to scale up to 30+ hours. The project start is immediate, with an initial duration of 3–4 weeks, and potential extensions based on project needs and performance.
Compensation & Contract Terms
Hourly compensation is market-indexed and aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards, ranging from USD 90-150 per hour. Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. This engagement is on an independent contractor basis, subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia).
