Role Overview: Medical Data Analyst
Get Offers is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals and students to join our team as an Independent Contractor Medical Data Analyst. This fully remote, non-patient-facing role is crucial for developing and refining clinical content used to train advanced AI systems. You will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and logical reasoning of anonymized medical content, contributing directly to the improvement of AI in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and rigorously review clinical questions and reference materials essential for AI training.
- Evaluate AI-generated medical content to verify its accuracy, relevance, and clinical appropriateness.
- Assess AI outputs to meticulously identify any existing gaps or areas requiring significant improvement.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to enhance the AI system's diagnostic and reasoning performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a relevant degree or currently be enrolled in a medical, nursing, or an allied health program.
- Clinical experience is preferred, specifically from practising or recently practising clinicians.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Be fluent in English, both for reading and writing.
Eligibility and Compensation
Applicants must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in supported regions. Compensation is project-based, up to USD 45 per hour, paid weekly, and varies based on qualification and performance. The schedule is flexible and dependent on project availability.
