Junior Build Studio Maintenance Specialist

Role Purpose

Evolution Romania is seeking a Junior Build Studio Maintenance Specialist to support the preparation, installation, and maintenance of studio environments for online gaming production. The role combines carpentry, technical installation, and studio setup tasks, ensuring equipment and environments meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare visual environments in studios, including installation of decorative panels.
• Install studio furniture and low-voltage data cabling according to provided schematics.
• Set up complex equipment, including cameras, scanners, PCs, lighting systems, and soundproofing materials.
• Perform minor construction and maintenance tasks using wood, fabric, and metal.
• Follow instructions from management accurately and complete tasks within set timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of studio installations.
• Maintain studio tools and equipment in proper working order.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Secondary education completed.
• Good command of English.
• Basic to intermediate skills in operating standard tools (electric drill, saw, hammer, screwdriver, stapler, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in carpentry, construction, or related fields.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with installation of technical equipment in studio or production environments.
