Role Overview
Get Offers is hiring on behalf of one of our clients collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving medical reasoning, clinical knowledge application, and health-related analytical capabilities in advanced language models.
We are seeking experienced Health and Medicine professionals to create and evaluate high-quality health- and medicine-related prompts and responses.
Multilingual Opportunity
This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and professionally active in one or more of the following languages:
- Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have real-world professional experience practicing or working within healthcare systems in their linguistic and cultural context, including familiarity with:
- Local clinical guidelines and standards of care
- Medical terminology and documentation norms
- Regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Regional prescribing practices
- Patient communication and cultural expectations in healthcare settings
Key Responsibilities
- Author realistic prompts spanning clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, pharmacology, public health, and patient education
- Review and refine AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, clarity, and adherence to professional standards
- Write high-quality “gold standard” responses for complex, ambiguous, or multi-factor medical scenarios
- Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in patient demographics, comorbidities, care settings, or regional guidelines
- Evaluate outputs across tones (clinical, educational, advisory)
- Identify model failure cases such as unsafe recommendations, incorrect dosing logic, flawed reasoning, or culturally inappropriate patient guidance
Ideal Qualifications
- Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a closely related healthcare field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in clinical practice, healthcare delivery, medical research, or a related setting
- Active professional familiarity with healthcare systems in at least one of the specified language ecosystems
- Strong understanding of local clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and medical best practices
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language
- Strong safety-oriented editorial judgment
Commitment
- Expected availability: 10–40 hours per week
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
