Graphic Designer (Remote)
Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor) Location: Remote Compensation: $30-$50 per hour
Job Summary
One of our clients is seeking experienced Digital Ad Creative Designers to develop high-quality, human-generated image assets for advertising campaigns. These are not AI-generated designs — we are specifically looking for designers with hands-on creative expertise in building compelling, conversion-focused ad visuals. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and branded promotional assets across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital advertising image assets for paid campaigns
- Create assets tailored to common ad platforms such as Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, and mobile app ads
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for clarity, hierarchy, and performance
- Deliver assets in multiple sizes, layouts, and creative variations
- Translate marketing messaging into compelling visual creatives that drive engagement and conversions
Ideal Background
We are looking for designers who:
- Have proven experience creating marketing and advertising-style visual assets
- Understand performance-driven design principles including strong CTAs, visual hierarchy, layout optimization, and conversion-focused visuals
- Can adapt creative concepts across industries such as healthcare, financial services, consumer products, mobile and web apps, and other B2C or B2B sectors
- Are comfortable working across multiple brand styles and domains
- Have strong familiarity with platform-specific ad layouts and specifications
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in professional design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of digital ad composition, typography, color systems, and responsive layouts
- Ability to manage multiple creative variations and follow structured design briefs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with growth or performance marketing teams
- Familiarity with A/B testing environments and iterative creative optimization
- Understanding of ad compliance considerations, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
Contract & Payment Terms
- Independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on performance and business needs
- No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
