About the Data Analyst Role at Get Offers
Get Offers is seeking experienced Data Analysts with advanced SQL expertise to support AI tool-use workflow development for one of our clients. This project-based, fully remote engagement focuses on enhancing agentic workflows that power advanced AI applications. The role offers flexibility, with engagements ranging from short-term to ongoing based on project needs.
Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in designing and validating realistic SQL-based workflows that accurately reflect real-world data operations. Your specialized knowledge will contribute to evaluating and significantly improving how AI systems interact with databases and structured data tools. This opportunity is perfectly suited for professionals in data analytics, data science, or other quantitative fields who are eager to work at the forefront of AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Creation & Validation: Create realistic SQL-driven workflows based on practical, real-world use cases. Design complex tasks involving joins, window functions, CTEs, and large dataset manipulation. Reason through and document ideal solutions for each workflow.
- AI Model Evaluation: Review and validate AI model tool-use capabilities related to SQL workflows. Assess logical reasoning and execution accuracy. Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance.
- Data Quality & Optimization: Evaluate data integrity and implement validation checks. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Apply query optimization best practices.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related quantitative fields.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including window functions, CTEs, joins across large datasets, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
