Creative Writer (Remote)

About the Role We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Creative Writer to develop original written content and support the evaluation and refinement of AI-generated narratives. This role combines creative storytelling expertise with structured evaluation and content quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original narratives, scripts, and creative written content across multiple genres and formats.
• Develop structured rubrics to evaluate narrative structure, voice, tone, and character development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define storytelling standards and evaluation frameworks.
• Train, test, and refine AI-generated content to align with established creative guidelines.
• Provide structured written and verbal feedback to improve content quality.
• Conduct research on literature, media trends, and narrative techniques to inform evaluation standards.
• Document processes and maintain quality standards for creative output.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in creative writing, narrative development, or scriptwriting.
• Strong command of narrative structure and stylistic adaptation.
• Proven ability to develop engaging characters and emotionally authentic content.
• Experience designing evaluation rubrics or structured review frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI or machine learning content evaluation.
• Advanced degree in Creative Writing, Literature, or related field.
• Experience in collaborative, technology-enabled environments.

Additional Information

This is a contract position and may be structured as an independent contractor engagement depending on jurisdiction. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence. Time zone collaboration requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
