Construction Operations Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers to join our customer’s team. In this role, you will oversee skilled trades professionals, ensure project standards are met, and promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and productivity. This position is ideal for a results-driven leader who can effectively coordinate teams and deliver high-quality outcomes within a remote structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction trades and extraction workers across assigned projects.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and timelines to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and conduct structured oversight to maintain compliance and quality.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues clearly to stakeholders through written reports and meetings.
• Oversee allocation of materials, equipment, and workforce resources to maintain cost and productivity targets.
• Track performance metrics and prepare progress documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a First-Line Supervisor in construction trades or extraction operations (primary requirement).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, trade coordination, and industry regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote leadership and stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and guide diverse teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under dynamic project conditions.
• Commitment to safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in project management systems and digital collaboration platforms.
