Chemistry Specialist (Remote)
Get Offers is seeking experienced chemists with advanced degrees to contribute domain expertise and enhance AI understanding of chemical principles, reactions, and laboratory reasoning. This flexible remote contract role requires 3+ years of academic or industrial chemistry experience to create, review, and refine high-quality chemistry content for frontier AI model development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic chemistry tasks across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and computational subfields.
- Review AI-generated answers for conceptual accuracy, chemical theory adherence, and computational validity.
- Author original questions, scenarios, and datasets reflecting professional chemistry standards.
- Identify flawed logic, incorrect assumptions, and scientific errors in model outputs.
Essential Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Chemistry or closely related field.
- 3+ years of research, teaching, or applied chemistry experience.
- Strong analytical reasoning and scientific writing skills.
- Attention to technical detail and chemical accuracy.
