Chemistry Specialist
Get Offers is seeking an experienced Chemistry Specialist to contribute domain expertise, enhancing AI understanding of chemical principles, reactions, and laboratory reasoning. This flexible, 100% remote contract role applies 3+ years of academic or industrial chemistry experience to create, review, and refine high-quality chemistry content for frontier AI model development. Compensation is competitive, ranging from USD 35-85 per hour, paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic chemistry tasks across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and computational subfields.
- Review AI-generated answers for conceptual accuracy, chemical theory adherence, and computational validity.
- Author original questions, scenarios, and datasets reflecting professional chemistry standards.
- Identify flawed logic, incorrect assumptions, and scientific errors in model outputs.
Essential Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Chemistry or closely related field.
- 3+ years research, teaching, or applied chemistry experience.
- Strong analytical reasoning and scientific writing skills.
- Attention to technical detail and chemical accuracy.
