Key Responsibilities

• Train and provide detailed feedback to AI systems regarding casino operations, house rules, and customer interactions.
• Translate real-world gambling scenarios into structured datasets for machine learning models.
• Review, annotate, and thoroughly evaluate AI outputs to ensure fairness, accuracy, and strict adherence to operational standards.
• Document intricate casino processes such as payout procedures, betting limits, comprehensive security measures, and efficient table management.
• Develop detailed scenario-based training materials specifically for AI systems in gambling management.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams to optimize AI performance based on valuable operational insights.
• Actively promote responsible gaming and ethical AI usage across all processes and system developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience as a Gambling Manager, Casino Manager, Table Games Manager, Pit Manager, Slot Manager, or a similar senior operational role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
• A comprehensive understanding of all facets of casino operations, including house rules, security protocols, and precise money tracking.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, including expertise in customer conflict resolution and the detection of cheating patterns.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in staff management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to meticulously document and clearly explain complex processes.
• Self-motivated and highly adaptable, capable of working effectively and collaboratively in a remote environment.
