We are recruiting fellowship-trained Cardiologist Experts on behalf of one of our AI lab clients for a cutting-edge research initiative. We welcome applications from cardiologists across all subspecialties, with particular demand for experts in Electrophysiology and Clinical Cardiology. This role focuses on evaluating the ability of large language models to interpret advanced, real-world ECG/EKG cases.

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Completion of a cardiology fellowship (any subspecialty)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• 2+ years of post-training clinical experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strongly Preferred:

• Fellowship training in Electrophysiology
• Primary clinical practice with significant ECG interpretation volume
• Academic or teaching experience (residents, fellows, conferences)
• Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or rubrics
• Background in complex arrhythmia diagnosis, conduction abnormalities, or subtle ECG pattern recognition

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop gold-standard ECG interpretations with clear diagnostic reasoning
• Emphasize edge cases, nuanced differentials, and complex reasoning in ECG analysis
• Collaborate with research teams at a leading AI lab
• Provide feedback on common failure modes in model reasoning

Screening Process:

• Complete a short interview (approximately 20–30 minutes)
• Discussion focused on clinical background and subspecialty expertise

Contract and Payment Terms:

• Engagement as an independent contractor
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on performance and business needs
• No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer or institution will be required
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
