Role Overview

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving business reasoning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making capabilities in advanced language models. We are seeking experienced Business and Finance Professionals to create and evaluate high-quality business- and finance-related prompts and responses.

Multilingual Opportunity

This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and professionally active in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.

Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have real-world professional experience operating within business and financial environments in their linguistic and cultural context including familiarity with:

• Local market structures and industry dynamics
• Financial reporting standards and accounting frameworks
• Regulatory environments and compliance norms
• Corporate governance practices
• Investment analysis and valuation methodologies
• Business communication conventions in the target language

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic prompts spanning financial statement analysis, corporate strategy, valuation, investment analysis, accounting, macroeconomics, and market dynamics
• Review and refine AI-generated responses for numerical accuracy, conceptual rigor, clarity, and adherence to professional standards
• Write high-quality “gold standard” responses for complex or ambiguous financial and strategic scenarios
• Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in regulatory frameworks, market conditions, capital structures, or business models
• Evaluate outputs across varying lengths, tones, and instruction constraints
• Identify model failure cases such as calculation errors, flawed financial reasoning, misinterpretation of economic principles, or culturally inconsistent business assumptions

Ideal Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in business, finance, consulting, investment, banking, accounting, corporate strategy, or a related domain
• Active professional familiarity with business and financial practices within at least one of the specified language ecosystems
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, market conventions, and regulatory considerations within your linguistic and cultural context
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language
• Ability to work independently and exercise careful, well-reasoned editorial judgment

Commitment

Expected availability: 10–40 hours per weekFully remote with flexible scheduling
