About the Role
As an Associate Solutions Engineer at Get Offers, working on behalf of a client building advanced human data and AI infrastructure systems, you will be crucial in supporting enterprise customers. Your work will ensure seamless technical execution for organizations partnering with leading AI labs and enterprise teams to deploy expert-driven training workflows and scalable data systems.
Job Summary
This role involves supporting enterprise clients with technical troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and proactive account monitoring. Far from a basic support role, you are expected to operate with a product mindset, identifying root causes, improving processes, and shaping the customer experience through actionable insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client account usage to identify trends, anomalies, and proactive support opportunities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise customers and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Engineering with precise documentation.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and internal Knowledge Base resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve workflows.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend product or process enhancements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically to non-technical stakeholders.
