In this role, you will be crucial in supporting enterprise customers and ensuring seamless technical execution.
Job Summary
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and proactive account monitoring for enterprise clients. This position is not a basic support role; it requires a product-oriented mindset to identify root causes, improve processes, and shape the customer experience through actionable insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client account usage to identify trends, anomalies, and proactive support opportunities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise customers and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Engineering with precise documentation.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and internal Knowledge Base resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve workflows.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend product or process enhancements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically to non-technical stakeholders.
